Anna Marie Dorelien, MSEd, BCBA Director and Founder

                      

Anna Marie Dorelien is a Board Certified BehaviorAnalyst; founder and Clinical Director of a Friendly Face LLC. Mrs. Dorelien graduated from Staten Island College with a bachelor in education. She abtained her master in Early Childhood Intervention at Touro College and her Master in Applied Behavior Analysis at Hunter College, City University of New York. Anna Marie has been working with children with Autism since 2001.

She has also worked with children diagnosed with related disorders as well as typical children engaging in problem behavior. Specializing in the development, implementation and supervision of Verbal Behavior Programs for children, focusing on teaching language/functional communication skills, academic skills, social skills, self-help skills and compliance behavior. Anna Marie has also effectively implemented intensive feeding programs for children with very limited diets due to sensory issues or behavioral concerns.

 

Anna Marie regularly attends workshops and trainings to remain current on her industry, she routinely presents workshops for parents at the New York City Public Library and at other venues for professionals in the field while covering a variety of topics including Applied Behavior Analysis, Verbal Behavior, Parent Training, Classroom Management Strategies.

Anna Marie has served as a supervisor on a variety of levels such as ABA EI, ABA CPSE, ABA Integrated Clinical Director. She currently runs the only integrated ABA school in New York City with a high rated of regular Ed integration. She has been featured in the documentary.
